| 摘 要： | 在本科分子生物学实验教学过程中，对基本技术实验与综合开放实验相结合、引导鼓励学生利用网络资源、严格实验报告的规范和质量、改进学生成绩评定方法等方面进行探索与改革，使学生既体会到生命微观世界之奇妙又认识到分子生物实验的重要性和实用性，使学生在获得知识的同时得到实验技能的全面训练。

| Abstract: | Innovations in the laboratory course for teaching molecular biology had been implemented by the author,thus in this paper some experiences was given in the following aspects:the selection of the content of the laboratory course,the utilization of network resource,the improvement of the quality of experiment reports and the reformation of the methods for assessment of the students grades. |
