| 摘 要： | 中国共产党及其领导人在长期的革命和建设实践中，通过不断汲取理论养料并不断结合时代特点逐步形成和发展了中国共产党国家文化安全战略思想，它有着一脉相承的理论特色。毛泽东时代奠定了中国共产党国家文化安全战略思想的基础，邓小平时代它得以初步形成，以江泽民为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体使其进一步发展，以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央使其进一步丰富起来。十八大以后，中国共产党国家文化安全战略思想加快了与国际话语体系的融合，迈上了以提升文化领导力和增强自身文化魅力来维护和确保安全的新路。

| Abstract: | In the long revolutionary and constructing practices, the CPC and its leaders, through absorbing theoretical nourishment and combining it with actuality, gradually formulated and developed strategical ideas of culture safety in CPC China, theoretically characteristic of coming down in one continuous line, with Mao Zedong Era laying down foundations for strategical ideas of culture safety in CPC China, Deng Xiaoping＇ s Era forming them, Jiang Zemin collective leadership further developing them and Hu Jintao CPC further enriching them. After the lSth CPC Party Congress, Strategical Ideas of Culture Safety in CPC China have been quickly introjected into the international discourse, thus getting on a new route of advancing CPC cultural leadership, enhancing its cultural charm to ensure the safety. |
