摘    要:排球运动是学生喜爱的运动项目之一,也是普通高校体育教学中的重要环节,如何保质保量地完成教学大纲所规定的教学内容,使该项活动在校园中开展得有声有色,授课教师采用何种教学方法便显得尤为重要.为此,结合多年的工作实践经验,设计"思维引导式"教学法,在2000级男生排球选项班中进行试验、研究、探讨"思维引导式"教学法在教学中的效果,旨在提高教学质量,推进普通高校选项课教学改革的进程.

Abstract:Volleyball is one of the students' favourite sports as well as an important link in P.E. teaching in general universities. For the problem of houring to satisfactorily finish the prescribed tasks of the teaching programe and enable the development of the sport vivid and dramatic, the teacher's teaching method plays an especially key role. Therefore, with the working experience for years,the author found out a thought-leading teaching method, which has been applied to the optional volleyball course of male graduates of 2000 as an experiment to probe into the effect of this method in education. By doing so, the author intended to improve the teaching level and push forward the process of educational reform in optional course in ordinary universities.
