| Abstract: | The editor is one of key facfors which ensure that the acadmic journal should be written as stressing in the importance of politics, scientifinics, foreseeing ability, quidline and high quality. Hence, the editor should qualify himself with high political aptitude,more profound profession aptitude, better utilizing ability of the modern scientific and technological skill, and comprehensive ability of social intercourse .So that he can guarentee the academic journal written as superior quality. |
