| 摘 要： | 新疆维吾尔文化促进会（简称维文会）,是盛世才统治新疆时期,成立的群众性文化组织,曾在20世纪三四十年代对新疆的文化艺术及民族教育发挥过重要作用。文章对维文会组织构成进行了详细考证,对维文会的性质和任务进行了分析和阐述,其组织体系完备,组织机构遍及全疆各地,会员入会有资格审查和入会后的奖惩制度,文章还考证了维文会的经费主要来源。维文会健全的组织机构为它兴办民族教育、开展文化艺术活动及新闻传播等各项事业提供了有力的组织保证。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang Uygur Cultural Prompting Association is an organization which was cultural organization during Sheng Shicai's ruling Xinjiang.From the third to the fourth decades in the twentieth century,it had played a very role in minorities cultures and arts in Xinjiang.The author checks the organizational forms in detail,the author analyzed and expound the character and the task of the organization.The organization had self-contained system.Its organizational form was all over the whole xinjiang.If someone wanted to take part in the organization,he must be censored.It established the systems of a suit of prize and punishment.The article still checked the source of the funds of the organization.Its organizational forms offered an important assurance for developing educations,minorities arts and news activities. |
