| 摘 要： | 新世纪里 ,随着知识经济时代的到来 ,赋予高校教师的职能将发生巨大变化。因此 ,高校师资管理也将面临新的课题 ,形势迫切要求进行师资管理改革。师资管理改革的核心是大力提高教师素质 ,师资管理改革的关键是建立创新的管理制度。

The focal issue of such a reform is the improvement of the quality of the teaching force, and the key is innovation in management institutions. |
