| 摘 要： | 国家治理现代化背景下,加强多元主体协同、推动现代技术应用、促进制度化和规范化建设、拓展社会价值空间,正在成为档案事业管理转型的重要方向。为了克服档案事业管理转型中存在的社会参与程度较低、技术应用水平不足、制度执行不彻底、价值实现空间狭窄等问题,需要从社会参与能力建设、技术应用能力建设、制度构建与制度执行能力建设、公共服务能力建设四个方面,探索档案事业管理转型的具体路径。

| Abstract: | Under the background of modernization of national governance, strengthening the coordination of multiple subjects, promoting the application of modern technology, promoting the construction of institutionalization and standardization, and expanding the space of social value are becoming the important direction of archives management transformation. In order to overcome the problems of low level of social participation, insufficient level of technology application, incomplete system implementation and narrow space for value realization, it is necessary to explore the specific path of the transformation of archives management, strengthen the capacity- building of social participation, technology application, system construction and system implementation, and public service capacity-building in archives management. |
