| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析我国私人档案馆在人员构成、业务水平、服务方式等方面的现状,探索出其未来发展趋势:在场馆选址、馆藏结构、档案主题等方面应自成体系,保留特色;走信息化道路,向数字档案馆和网上档案馆转型;馆藏资源建设应朝专门化、特色化、品质化发展;在选址、设计和馆藏资源开发利用等方面走品牌化道路;努力成为增强社会档案意识、传播档案文化、扩大档案和档案工作影响的重要窗口。

| Abstract: | By comparing personnel composition,business level and service mode by private archives in China, looking for future trends: in the location of the venues, the structure of the collection, the theme of the archives, and so on, the private archives should retain their characteristics;taking the information road and transform to digital archives and online archives;the construction of the collection of resources should be specialized, characteristic and quality, taking the road of branding in the aspects of site selection, design and exploitation and utilization of the collection resources;should be an important window to enhance the consciousness of the social archives, to disseminate the culture of archives, and to enlarge the influence of the archives and archives work. |
