| 摘 要： | 1939年 10月 ,国民政府派吴忠信赴藏 ,代表中央举行第十四世达赖喇嘛坐床典礼 ,进而商讨中央与西藏地方的关系问题 ,并在拉萨设立了驻藏办事处。吴忠信是民国时期中央派往西藏的最高官员 ,其使藏表明西藏最高政教大权属于中央政府 ,密切了西藏与中央政府的关系 ,巩固了抗战的后方基地。

| Abstract: | In October,1939,Wu Zhongxin,the special commissioner of Tibet affairs,was sent to Tibet to preside over the reincarnation ceremony of the 14 th Dalai Lama on behalf of the central government of the Republic of China There he discussed with local officials the relationship between the central govemment and the local Tibeta government,and opened in Lhasa a central govemment office Wu Zhongxin was of the highest rank among those officials sent to Tibet during the period of the Republic of China His apperance in Tibet showed that Tibet was politically and religiously under the leadership of the central govemment It also showed that the relationship between the central govemment and the local Tibetan govemment obtained a growth Accordingly,the rear base for the Anti Japanese War was reinforced |
