| Abstract: | Province and ministry cooperation of industry,university and research institute is an effective model of promoting independent innovation and is also a new attempt in our country.Based on the analysis of government support system and cooperation model in Guangdong province which is a polit zone,the paper analyzes the province and ministry cooperation model and mechanism of industry,university and research institutes in theory. |
