| 摘 要： | 通过对高等学校在新一轮高等教育国际化的浪潮中主体作用的揭示，分析了现时代我国高校国际化的WTO背景及“后发优势”，对我国高校国际化的战略选择与范式提出了思考，以期对我国高等学校的国际化进程有所帮助。
