| 摘 要： | 本文明确电子商务，分析我国的电子商务现状；阐明ASP（Application Service Provider)－－应用服务供应商对中小企业电子商务的推动作用。其中重点论述最后一个部分，在这一部分又细分为以下几点：ASP的定义；ASP与其他相关服务的区别；ASP如何助推中小企业电子商务；ASP从模式迈向实际需要解决的问题。最后提出针对中小企业的电子商务的策略，即ASP的应用。
