| 摘 要： | 采用自主研发的新癸酸稀土-倍半铝-氢化二异丁基铝催化剂体系的三元稀土催化剂及相应的生产工艺包,成功地实现了年产1.5万吨的异戊橡胶工业生产。稀土异戊橡胶产品满足各项技术指标要求,取得了稀土异戊橡胶生产技术的重大突破。稀土异戊橡胶产品与几种典型进口异戊橡胶的性能基本一致,可以替代进口异戊橡胶。

| Abstract: | Using self-developed new decanoate rare earth-half times aluminum-hydride diisobutyl aluminum catalyst system’s ternary rare earth catalyst and corresponding production technology package,an annual output of 15,000 tons isoprene rubber in industrial production were successfully achieved.Rare earth isoprene rubber products met various technical indicator requirements and made a production technology breakdown.Its products and some typical imported isoprene rubber were basically the same in performance,which can replace the imported isoprene rubber. |
