| 摘 要： | “和谐社会”建设下的全运会发展面临着问题及其不足：理念的回归、经济效益的实现及赛后场馆的利用等。以十一届全运会的办会理念为例来探讨“和谐社会”建设下全运会发展有待完善的几个方面：全运会办会理念理应回归人民；承办者应注重发挥全运会的社会效益，防止全运会经济效益的过度开发；全运会场馆性质理应定位于公益性，赛后利用更应体现它的公益性。

| Abstract: | The development of the National Games under the construction of ＂harmonious society＂ is taced with some problems and inadequacy which consist of the returning of the concept ,the achieving of economic benefits and the utilization of the venue after the National Games and so on . and the 11 th National Games will run as an example to explore the concept of ＂harmonious society＂ under construction pending the development of National Games Sound areas： Office of National Games will return to the concept should be; contractors should pay attention to the social benefits of the National Games, the Games cost - effective to prevent over - exploitation; National Games venues after more using of it should reflect the Public welfare. |
