| 摘 要： | 对冷轧机工作辊滚动轴承寿命降低的原因进行了分析。结果表明，其工作转速高，引起轴承温升过谪，从面导致轴承烧损。采用喷油润滑或油气润滑，改善轴承润滑与冷却条件， 提高轴承使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the reasons for the decrease in service life of rolling bearings on the working roll of cold~ mill,and it shows it is a main f~actor that too high bearing temperature caused by high working rotational speed~ contrributes to the burn-out of bearings,and that the use of oil spray and oil-gas lubrications can improve bearing lubricating and cooling conditions,so that the service life of bearings can be lengthened. |
