Mg-Cu/SiO2催化剂上NO+CO反应的活性研究

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Cu/SiO2催化荆,用浸渍法将Mg元素担载在Cu/SiO2催化荆制得Mg-Cu/SiO2催化荆,研究在NO+CO反应中的催化活性.结果表明,Mg修饰的采用方法(c)制备的Cu/SiO2催化荆,当Cu的含量是载体SiO2质量的2%,Mg的含量是载体SiO2质量的3%时,Mg-Cu/SiO2催化荆活性最高,250℃时NO生成N2的转化率接近100%.

Abstract:A series of Cu/SiO2 and Mg - Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by different Sol - gel ( Cu ( NO3 ) 2 - Si (OR) 4 ) method and impregnation ( Mg( NO3 ) 2 ) method. Based on the experimental results of activity e- valuation, the catalytic performances of catalysts for NO + CO reaction were investigated. The results indi- cated that among Mg - Cu/Si02 (c) catalysts, the optimum loading amount of Mg and Cu were 3% and 2% respectively. The conversion of NO to N2 over Mg - Cu/Si02 catalyst was 100% at 250℃, GHSV 34000-1 h.
