| 摘 要： | 随着信息化的广泛普及和应用,社会和企业对信息化人才的需求越来越大。ERP人才的匮乏成为制约企业ERP实施应用的主要瓶颈,如何培养专业的复合型ERP应用人才成为高校面临的一项重要的战略任务。本文就目前高校ERP人才培养过程存在的问题以及如何解决提出了一些看法。

ERP talent shortage as a main bottleneck to restrict the implementation and application of ERP,how to cultivate the professional of complex ERP applicational talent become a university facing an important strategic task. This article on the existing problems in the process of universities ERP talent training and how to resolve put forward some views. |
