| 摘 要： | 法学专业已成为高等院校普遍设置的一个专业。但由于大规模粗放式发展．所以尚未形成一套行之有效的教学模式。与之相配套的实践教学模式也几乎是一片空白，这大大影响了法科学生的就业。文章立足于高等院校法学专业实践教学现有模式。提出了模拟教学制度化、实训和实习中教师教学设计能力的发挥、引入“法律诊所教育”等措施，以期实现高等院校法学专业实践教学模式的进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Law is a common major in universides. Since law specialty is in extensive mode of large-scale development, a set of effective teaching mode and practical teaching mode don＇t exist. This has adversely affected the employment of law students. The paper analyzes the present situation of law education and employment, proposes the following measures in order to further improve the practical teaching model of law speci＇,dty in universities： making the simulated teaching system, showing the teachers＇ design capacity in practical teaching, introducing the ＂clinical legal education＂ . |
