| 摘 要： | 目前,越来越多的高校启动和实施了人才健康工程,其意义在于充分利用学校医疗保健资源的优势,为高校建立具有针对性、系统性和周密性的医疗保健服务体系,以保障教职工的身心健康。本文分析了教职工常见疾病,并提出了一些预防措施。
