| 摘 要： | 自尊是个体对自己的整体评价。已有研究指出已就业签约学生与未就业签约学生在自尊水平上有显著差异，已就业签约学生的自尊得分明显高于未就业签约学生。本文在这一研究基础上，以米雪·宝帕博士（Michele Borba）提出的自尊五要素为分析视角，对学生未就业签约进行原因分析并提出相应的建议，为促进大学生就业提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Self-esteem is the overall evaluation of individual on his own. Researches have pointed out that the students who have signed with the employer and the students who haven＇t have significant differences in the level of self-esteem. The self-esteem of students who have signed was significantly higher than those without signed. In this paper, based on the research results, it uses five factors of self-esteem which is put forward by Dr. Michele Borba as the analysis perspective to analyze the reason and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the students who have not signed and provide reference for the promotion of employment of college students. |
