摘    要:骨骼肌损伤形态学研究是运动性骨骼肌损伤发生机制探索的基础。采用实验法,观察离心运动对大鼠肱三头肌超微结构影响的规律。结果显示:离心运动损伤模型可导致大鼠肱三头肌出现较典型的超微结构病理学改变,且线粒体、细胞核结构的变化同肌节改变或Z线流等结构改变一样,帮助界定骨骼肌损伤程度。

Abstract:Morphological research on skeletal muscles injuries is the basis of probing the mechanism of exercise-induced skeletal muscles injuries.It used the method of experiment to observe the law of effect of eccentric exercise on ultramicrostructure of rats' triceps brachii.The results reveal that the model of injuries induced by eccentric exercise can cause rats' triceps brachii to produce more typical ultramicrostructural pathological change,and the structural changes of mitochondria and nucleus are the same to the structural changes of sarcomere or Z-line fluid etc.,which help to identify the degree of skeletal muscles injuries.
