| 摘 要： | 团队是现代企业提高竞争力的重要组织方式,但关于团队的定义至今还没有统一的看法。指出团队与群体的区别,并综合各学者的看法对团队进行了界定,在此基础上对我国企业团队建设应注意的问题提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | The team becomes an important organization mode in modern enterprises to improve competition.But until now there is not unification about the view of team's definition.This article points out the difference of group and synthesizes various scholars' view to define the team.Based on these introductions,it puts forward some opinions about the problems which we should pay attention in team building of our enterprises. |
