| 摘 要： | 随着社会人才竞争的日趋激烈,社会对人才综合素质的要求更加突出。对于地方高校而言,完善学生素质评价体系,引导和激励学生更好地进行素质拓展,不仅为学生升学就业提供重要参照,而且能更好地提高地方高校的学生素质,推动高校素质教育的发展。

| Abstract: | Along with intense society competition for talent day by day,the request of the society to the quality of the talented person becomes more prominent.To the place universities,perfecting the appraisal system of the student quality,guiding and encouraging the students to carry on the quality development well,which not only provides the important reference for students to enter a higher school and the employment,but also enhances the student's quality of the place universities well and impels the universities education for all-around development. |
