| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的快速发展,基础设施步伐的加快,一些学校面临巨额贷款的债务压力,使教育经费紧缺的矛盾日益突出.针对这一现象进行分析,运用全新的思维,全面审视、思考和研究举债办学的相关问题,探索新形势下债务管理的新模式,有效防范风险,确保高等教育事业的健康和可持续发展.
