| Abstract: | The dialectic relationship between establishing the scientific development concept and strengthening the Party's governing capacity embodies the internal unification of the theory and practice of the development view,the governing view and the capacity view.We should cognize this dialectic relation and further promote the consciousness and the sense of duty of implementing the scientific development concept and strengthening the Party's governing capacity. |
