| Abstract: | Editors of an innovative journal, with regard to their quality, should have not only the ability to bring forth new ideas but also the courage to do so. In point of their consciousness, they should have the consciousness of competition, of looking forward and of distinctive features. Only when they have such quality and consciousness, can they take on the great task of editing an innovative journal. |
