| 摘 要： | 随着人们对于化石燃料消耗殆尽的担心,各国纷纷开始寻找新的替代能源。而太阳能以其充分的清洁性、绝对的安全性、资源的相对广泛性和充足性、长寿命以及免维护性,开始受到越来越多的关注。薄膜太阳能电池作为一种新型太阳能电池,由于其原材料来源广泛、生产成本低,便于大规模生产,因而具有广阔的市场前景。
