| 摘 要： | 综述了国内外固体酸烷基化工艺装置及其最新发展概况，其中以UOP公司的Alkylene喷动床催化剂连续再生工艺及装置更具新颖性；对典型固体酸烷基化反应器进行了分类及性能比较；针对固体酸烷基化工艺中固液流动循环系统现状进行了分类分析、比较；提出了固体酸烷基化工业化应解决反应和催化剂再生系统长运转周期，保证工艺高效运行，固体酸催化剂应具有保持连续活性和连续再生的能力等问题。

| Abstract: | This paper gives an general introduction to the processing unit and updated development of solid scid alkylation at home and abroad, esp. the Alkylene spouted bedcatalyst continuous regeneration in UOP Company. It puts forwards that the reaction and long operation circle of catalyst regeneration should be solved, and the solid acid catalyst should have the capacity of keeping continuous activity and regeneration. |
