| 摘 要： | 目前，我国煤矿防治水关键技术亟待突破，防治水专业人才匮乏。本文首先简要总结了我国矿井水害防治的现状，回顾了我国矿井水防治专业人才培养的历史，然后指出了防治水技术应该优先发展的关键技术和方向，提出了矿井防治水专业人才培养的课程体系，并给出了研究基地建设和高层次专业人才培养的有关建议。

| Abstract: | The key techniques of underground mine inundation prevention and the condition of scarcity of professional engineers need to be improved urgently. This paper presents the state-of-the-art of underground inundation prevention, reviews the history of talents trainings in this field, points out the key techniques and developing tendency of mine water hazards prevention, and gives some comments on research foundation construction and high quality person education. |
