| 摘 要： | 《长江口综合整治开发规划》已经国务院批准，它对正确处理长江口治理开发与生态环境保护的关系，维护长江口河势的稳定和深水航道以及其它基础设施的安全运行，水土资源和岸线资源的合理开发利用，保障防洪（潮）安全，保护生态环境，促进长江口地区资源、环境和经济社会的协调发展等方面都将具有深远的影响。
