| 摘 要： | 女体育教师是大学体育教育战线上一支不可缺少的重要力量，她们已不是一般的社会女性角色，对她们个人素质的要求，已不是女性社会品质的一般标准，而应根据所承担的职业角色，提出适应于社会发展、学生需求和职业角色的职业素质要求。大学女体育教师的职业素质主要包括职业基本素质、职业道德素质、职业能力素质等方面。

| Abstract: | Female P.E. teachers are important power in college P.E. and they are not ordinary social females. Therefore,the requirement of their personal qualities is no longer the ordinary standard upon ordinary female personalities,but the requirement of vocational qualities conforming to the social development,students' demand and vocational role according to their vocational role. Their vocational qualites mainly include basic quality,moral quality and teaching ability. |
