| 摘 要： | 近年来本院经济管理系遵循“实践导向”和“问题导向”的教育原则,按照工商管理专业专科学生培养方式的规范要求,借鉴国内外教育改革的一些成败经验,结合工商业界经营管理的实际需要,以案例教学为改革突破口,积极探索和实践工商管理专业学生管理实践能力的有效培养模式,取得了明显的创新性成果。

| Abstract: | According to the standards of undergraduate cultivating manner of the specialty of industrial and commercial management,this college has observed the educational principles of "practice orientation" and "problem orientation" and benefited from experiences of educational reform inside and outside China in recent years. She has combined the actual requirements of the industrial and commercial management aimed at the reform of case teaching method in order to take active part in probing and practising the model which effectively cultivating the pracitical ability of undergraduates of the specialty of industrial and commercial management.As a result,this college has made evident progress of innovation. |
