| 摘 要： | 社区是社会的细胞,是城市社会的基本构成单元,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。因此,构建和谐社区,必须着眼于未来的发展,着眼于现实的要求;坚持科学发展观,努力从完善社区工作体系,强化民主法制建设,加强社区党建工作,选拔优秀社区干部,构建良好的社区教育体系和生活环境体系等几个方面入手,努力把社区建设成为管理有序、服务完善、环境优美、文明祥和的和谐社区。

| Abstract: | Community is the basic unit of a city and the basic construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,to construct a harmonious community,we must base on the realistic requirement and we must take the future development into account.We must stick to the scientific view of development,and we can implement it in the following ways: perfecting community's working system;strengthening the democracy and the legal system of the community;establishing a good community's education system and the living environment.Only with this can we build a harmonious community with well-ordered management,perfect service,beautiful environment and civilized peace. |
