摘    要:做好基于核心素养的高考内容改革,有利于更好地发挥高考“立德树人、服务选才、引导教学”的核心功能。高考评价体系是以素养为统领的评价框架,是高考内容改革和命题的理论依据和实践指南。四层的架构,科学处理知识、能力和素养之间的关系,突破对“知识”“能力”或“素养”进行单维考查的线性思维,形成贯通整体且有机统一的考查内容体系。构建考查内容、考查要求和考查情境的多维命题模型,突出核心素养导向;探索基于学业表现标准的命题方法,引导中学核心素养的培养;形成基于考试大数据的能力和素养评价观,建立命题、评价和教学的良性互动机制。

Abstract:Gaokao content reform based on development of key competency aims to exert internal core functions of Gaokao itself, including moral education, serving selection by universities, and instructing teaching of high schools. Gaokao Assessment Framework (GAF) is a key competency-based system, and is regarded as the theoretical and practical basis for the current Gaokao reform. The structure of “ four layers” in GAF as assessing objectives could deal with the relationships between knowledge, abilities, and key competency scientifically, break the limitation of linear assessment of single aspect, and build a systemic and integrative assessment system. In accordance with GAF, construction of multi-dimensional assessing model for item development incorporating content, objectives, and situation, could highlight key competency orientation. The exploration of approaches of item development based on academic performance criteria would facilitate key competency-instructed teaching in high schools, thus to form assessing concept on ability and key competency through big data of tests, and establish a fine interacting mechanism among item development, assessment, and teaching activities.
