| 摘 要： | 结合笔者从事师资管理工作的实际,阐述了建设开放教育师资队伍,应该坚持“校内专职与校外兼职相结合”、坚持“长期培养与短期培训相结合”、坚持“集体研讨和个人自学相结合”、坚持“外引与内联相结合”,从而为建构向下延伸的质量保证体系,提高开放教育的整体教学水平。

| Abstract: | By integrating theory with practice,this article puts forward the major principles on the construction of teaching faculty in education.They include "The combination of full-time teachers and part-time teachers","the combination of long-term and short-term training","the combination of collective discussion and individual study",and"the combination of employing outstanding scholars and present staff's further education".Thus we can set up a quality-guaranteed system and improve the whole level of open education. |
