| 摘 要： | 通过对竞技体育举国体制内涵的理解以及存在主要问题的分析,认为体教结合培养有文化的高水平运动员势在必行,提出了坚持、丰富和完善举国体制的思路,对于更好地发挥竞技体育举国体制的作用有着积极的意义。
