| 摘 要： | 当前,我国高校建设发展较快,对资金的需求量较大,但是在资金筹措过程当中存在着一定的问题。通过对问题的深入分析,提出对策与措施,并建议政府充分利用各种资源,发挥优势,从而解决高校发展过程中的建设资金筹措问题。
