| Abstract: | Construction of probity culture is essential in the construction of clean and honest Party conduct. After analyzing the cultural function of the construction of a clean and honest administration, and stressing the function of probity culture in the construction of clean and honest Party conduct, the paper puts forward the effective measures in promoting the construction of clean and honest Party conduct by strengthening the construction of probity culture in colleges and universities. |
