| 摘 要： | 地区图书馆联盟开展文献信息资源共建共享活动,要结合本地区的文献信息需求环境、文献资源发展条件、合作组织成员的特点等因素。湖南省文献资源共建共享协作网在发展中建立了有效的管理机构,制定了必要的规章制度,引入了发展动力机制、资源共享机制、业务协调机制和利益平衡机制,形成了有自身特色的组织管理模式和共建共享机制,推动了本地区文献信息资源共建共享活动持续、有效地开展。
