| 摘 要： | 文化信息资源共享是加快知识的传播,促进我国文化大发展的重要途径.数字化网络环境下,知识产权问题已经成为制约文化信息资源共享的主要问题,结合当前我国文化信息资源共享的实际情况,文章探讨了文化信息资源共享中存在的知识产权问题,重点提出了解决文化信息资源共享中知识产权问题的对策.
