| 摘 要： | 本文在对我国就业及旅游业发展统计分析的基础上,选择1978年-2006年的时间序列,应用回归分析的方法,从收入和市场两方面,实证研究国内旅游人次、收入,入境旅游人次、收入增长与就业增长之间的关系.结果表明:旅游业发展迅速,已成为国民经济的重要部门、吸纳就业的基础产业.旅游业直接就业增速快于第三产业,第三产业就业人口增长又快于第一二产业,旅游业成为促进就业的重要渠道.回归分析表明,我国旅游业发展对全国就业、第三产业及城镇就业有明显促进作用.而第一二产业促进不明显,其中,入境旅游发展对拉动和促进我国就业作用最大.入境旅游市场对第三产业影响最大,入境旅游成为第三产业吸纳劳动力的主要渠道,入境旅游对全国就业的促进主要通过第三产业实现.外国人旅游人次对全国总就业、第三产业、城镇就业促进作用大于港澳台旅游市场,与此相反,港澳台旅游市场对第二产业的作用明显大于外国人市场.最后,提出了相关建议.
