中华绒螯蟹幼蟹对饲料中磷的需要量

摘    要:研究了饲料中不同磷水平对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹生长及体组成的影响,确定了幼蟹对磷的适宜需要量.以酪蛋白、鱼粉和晶体氨基酸为蛋白源,磷酸二氢钙为磷源,制成磷水平为0.41%、0.82%、1.21%、1.60%、1.99%和2.42%的6种试验饲料,饲喂初始体重为0.90±0.02g的中华绒螯蟹幼蟹8周.试验结果表明:饲料中不同磷水平对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的增重率和特定生长率影响显著,随着磷水平的增加,增重率和特定生长率呈先升高后降低的趋势,当磷水平为1.60%时达最大值;试验各组间的成活率没有显著差异;全蟹灰分、总磷和肝脏中的磷含量与饲料磷水平呈正相关;以增重率为评价指标,经折线模型分析得出,中华绒螯蟹幼蟹对饲料中磷的最适需要量为1.48%.

Abstract:A study was conducted to investigate the optimum requirement of dietary phosphorous for juvenile Chinese mitten crab,Eriocheir sinensis.Triplicate groups of juvenile crab(initial mean weight0.90±0.02g)were fed diets containing 6different levels of phosphorus(0.41%,0.82%,1.21%,1.60%,1.99%and 2.42%)for 8weeks.The results showed that both the weight gain and the specific growth rate increased significantly with increasing dietary phosphorous up to 1.60%and then decreased beyond this level.Dietary treatments did not significantly affect the survival rate.The body composition analysis showed that the whole body ash,phosphorous contents of whole body and hepatopancreas were significantly affected by dietary phosphorous levels.Broken-line analysis based on weight gain indicates that the minimum phosphorous requirement for the optimal growth of juvenile crab is 1.48%.
