生产一级豆油精炼工艺的研究

摘    要:跟踪工厂实际生产,综合考虑工厂生产成本,对高品质一级豆油精炼的工艺参数进行研究。处理量为17 T/h时,在碱添加量为75 L、脱胶反应时间30 min和碱炼反应时间15 min的条件下最佳的磷酸添量为油重的0.1%;在反应温度110℃、反应时间40 min和脱色压力30 mbarg的条件下,活性白土的最佳添加量为油重的1.3%;在脱臭压力为2 mbarg、脱臭时间为1 h的条件下最佳的反应温度为240℃.

Abstract:Tracking the production of factory, considering the production cost, the process parameters of high-qualilty soybean oil were researched. The results showed that:processing capacity is 17T/h, with the alkali adding amount of 75L, degumming reaction time of 30min, alkali refining reaction time under the conditions of 15min, the optimal amount of phosphoric acid was 0.1%of the processing capacity;with the bleaching temperature of 110℃, the re-action time of 40min, the reaction pressure of 30mbarg, the optimum amount of activated carclazyte was 1.3%of the processing capacity;with the deodorization pressure of 2mbarg, deodorization time of 1h, the optimal reaction tem-perature of deodorization was 240℃.
