苏中地区农村小学教育科研负责人角色认同的调查研究

摘    要:教育科研负责人的角色主要包括教育科研的倡导者、监督者、顾问、研究者、管理者、促进者、协调者、帮助者、中间人、合作者等。通过调查发现,苏中地区农村小学教育科研负责人角色认同的总体均值较高,并且以"倡导者"、"研究者"为最高,而以"顾问"、"帮助者"为最低。三类群体在"监督者"、"中间人"上存在显著差异,在"管理者"、"协调者"、"帮助者"、"合作者"上存在极其显著差异。

Abstract:Roles of education research leaders mainly include advocate, supervisor, consultant, researcher, administrator, facilitator, coordinator, helper, mediator, and cooperator. It is indicated in the study that the average value of role identity is high as a whole, with the highest of advocate and researcher roles, while the lowest of consultant and helper roles. There exist significant differences in the roles of supervisor and mediator, and extremely significant differences in the roles of administrator, coordinator, helper, and cooperator.
