| Abstract: | Inspecting-assessing classroom teaching is a common way of school-based studies, in which inspectors＇ assessment has an effect on the professional development of teachers and observers. How to maximize the efficiency of inspecting-assessing classroom teaching requires that inspectors and teachers should be based on the teaching scene and, by means of diversified dialogues, actively reconstruct classroom structures, and generate effective teaching wisdom so that the effect of classroom teaching could be heightened and teachers＇ professional development could be promoted as well. |
