| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对陕西省几所高校大学生参加体育锻炼的项目、动机、对体育锻炼的喜爱程度进行调查，试图全面了解当代大学生体育行为的状况，发现存在的问题，提出看法和建议，以便更好地开展高校体育教学，促进《全民健身计划纲要》的贯彻落实，同时也为管理部门决策提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This paper adopting questionnaire and statistical makes a survey of several colleges in Shaanxi, including surveying programs, motives and students＇ preference to do exercises, the conditions of college P.E behavior has been comprehended and the existing problems have been detected. Therefore, the viewpoint and proposals have been put forward in order to carry out college P.E teaching activities better and to promote the implementation of Program for Civil Fitness Plan, as well as to provide valuable reference for administrative department. |
