| 摘 要： | 连接的不稳定性是移动数据库设计和实现中的一个关键问题。文中介绍了一个移动警务系统的框架和解决该问题的方案,以解决连接不稳定性问题。实践证明,该方案能使干警可以在任何场合下都能快速和有效地获取其所需要的信息。

| Abstract: | The unstable connection is a key problem for the mobile database design and implementation.A practical framework and scheme for the new mobile police systems was introduced in the paper in order to overcome the unstable connection problem effectively.The results of the running system show that the proposed scheme can make the policeman obtain needed information quickly and effectively at any occasion and time. |
