| 摘 要： | 针对当前高等职业教育存在的主要问题，高职院校必须进一步深化素质教育，树立全新的教学观念，重视学生知识增长、能力提高、个性发展，同时注重学生非智力因素的培养和提高。推行素质教育并将其贯穿于学校教育的始终，有利于学生创新精神、实践能力、思想道德、民族观念及团队精神的培养。

| Abstract: | In view of the current main problems in higher vocational education,higher vocational schools must further deepen the quality-oriented education and establish a new concept of teaching,paying attention to students' knowledge increase,ability improving,personality development,while must focus on cultivating and improving their non-intelligence factors.The implementation of quality-oriented education throughout school education in the end will be in favor of the cultivation of innovation spirit,capacity to practice,ideology and morality,national pride and team awareness of students. |
