| 摘 要： | 本文认为产权改革是我国经济改革逻辑演进的自然进程,文章从制度经济学的角度分析并指出了我国微观领域改革的主要障碍在于产权模糊所带来的制度困境,因此,加快我国经济改革的进程,必须适应改革发展自身的逻辑,加大制度供给,推进产权改革.

| Abstract: | The view of this paper is that the property right reform is an inevitable step in the progress of economy reform in China. From the opinion of institutional economics, the paper points out that the troubles about micro economy are the institutional difficult position owning to the property right vague. Therefore, it is necessary to supply greatly institution and implement property right reform so as to conform to the demands of economy reform, and promote the progress of economy reform. |
