环保型耐水内墙粉末涂料的初步研制

摘    要:以可再生资源研制环保型内墙粉末涂料是涂料绿色化发展的一个方面,该文以木薯淀粉为原料经醚化,氧化,复合交联等多步变性反应,制得天然高分子胶粉;然后以胶粉为成膜剂对环保型内墙粉末涂料的配方进行了初步研究。经试用及性能测试表明,研制的环保型耐水内墙粉末涂料的综合性能优于106涂料。

Abstract:It is one of the orientations for the development of coating industry that making use of renewable resources to research and develop friendly environmental powder coating for inner wall. In this paper, starch glue is developed firstly by etherification, oxidation and cross linkage from cassava starch. Then by using the starch glue as film former, the recipe specification of the environmental friendly inner wall powder coating is studied. It is showed by proof test and performance test that comprehensive performance of the inner wall powder coating is superior to NO.106 coating.
